Seattle City Councilmember Sally Bagshaw has done so much for streets and public space in Seattle, from her support for Sunday Parkways to support for Safe Routes to Parks in the 2014 Parks Legacy Plan. Sally's office door at Council sports a Seattle Neighborhood Greenways sign and for a while fellow Councilmembers joked she'd have to put a quarter in a jar every time she said "Seattle Neighborhood Greenways".
